RETURNS+EXCHANGES

Return Policy:

• You need to contact us within 14 days of your order for a refund or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It also MUST be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached without any damage. Shipping fees for any requests for exchanges or returns that are not due to errors on the part of OMG Sportswear Pacific, must be paid for by the customer requesting that return or exchange. We strongly recommend a trackable shipping method.
• Sale items are not returnable. Please choose carefully.
• Change of mind returns will be issued a store credit in the form of a GIFT VOUCHER.

Returning an Item:

Please email us to initiate your return at omgpacific@gmail.com

For CHANGE OF MIND returns please include your order number and the item(s) you want to return.

For EXCHANGES please include your order number and the item(s) you want to exchange and to what. Please note that you will be charged for a shipping fee for the dispatch of the replacement item.

 

OMG Sportswear Pacific reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the above requirements.
